This will give you a pre-customized version of Modern Status. (Otherwise you have to set it up yourself)

When you load the game, enable all mods and click mod order and sort them.

Make sure when you are in game to click the blue cog, which represents the new dynamic moodles.
Disable vanilla moodles by clicking hide moodles at the bottom.
You can then config them how you see fit.
You can Auto-hide all the extra ones so you only can see your heath and endurance predominantly.
All the moodles are clickable when they flag up telling you something, using items from your inventory to fix hunger, stamina and all of the above.

This makes it a lot easier to deal with in the long run.
