Description
This mod inserts every skill book into every bookstore, library and university library loot table. Recipe magazines are effectively doubled in the same locations.

No more 75% useless skill book locations. :)

Disclaimer: For what should be obvious reasons, the Aiming, Long Blade and Reloading skill books will NOT spawn in schools.
