- Fixed model position when quickloading from a mission fail screen

- Added new mode to use the existing player animator instead of spawning a new one.

This should be visually identical to the old mode, if it proves to be more stable I will make it the default.

Changed the way collisions are turned off:
- Swinging bits now appear correctly
- Shape textures & blendtextures are not removed anymore

Fixed sledgehammer colliding with the player model. This change unfortunately comes at the cost of shape texturing.
