1. Changed the Raiding mechanics, now the raiding will persist for a while ( hour based spawns and periodic raiding starts).
2. The raiding will persist even if the player restart the game.
3. Should not spawn on player base anymore (but if your base is too wide it's possible to never spawn raiders around your base)
4. Automatically set friendly fire for npcs (for Improved Projectile Compatibility)

Fixing the friendly npc incompatibility, now the Hostile NPC's will target the nearest group member instead of only the player.
