- allow 2 decimal places in zombie %age in config (e.g. Sprinter = 37.23 and Crawler = 0.2 are valid values). note that zombie %ages must still add up to 100.0000
- more evenly distributed hashing function, as well as more consistent between solo/client/server play. this means that things might *feel* different, because distribution essentially changed, but it is more correct with respect to configuration
- try to minimize work on clients by ignoring remote zombies
