RS2 Protection - added extra team number checks for tech center attackers in case if sniped - player should not receive AI orders (though untested).

BD10 - While destroying all of the AIP base, while not having a launch pad built, has always been a mission victory, now if that method is used, an alternative mission debrief is used to reflect the idea that AIP's leader is dead. -based on suggestion by Josh the Changeling
