Completely removed the outdated and not-needed conveyor-inventory rebuild system. Replaced with a system that gathers inventories in parallel. Might not be working with subgrids, but I'll get to that.

Created a better system for finding inventories for items when the factory is full. All inventory scanning is now done in parallel.

Using a couple Try{}Catch{} to fix this:
[FATAL] Initializer: System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added.
