Added a hostile_system flag to the ancient systems. this should stop the caravans from mindlessly running into them after they encounter it.

- The fix to keep the systems from spawning by a Fallen Empire stopped functioning correctly and it was causing the systems to not spawn all together. it was removed for now to make sure the systems spawn. (currently working on new code to prevent this)

- Fixed the special deposits that were not showing up on the planets.

- Made some backend fixes to clean up the mod files.

Fixed:
- Systems should no longer spawn in a neighbor system to Fallen empires.

Added:
- Ancient worlds now have an orbital bombardment reduction to reflect the shield graphic they planet has.
- Code to include non default playable empires in being rewarded for killing a guardian.
