Fixed damage not being divided properly.

Example: a Pump Shotgun would shoot 6 pellets at full weapon damage (6 pellets at 18dmg each), rather than dividing the weapon damage into the pellets. (6 pellets x 3dmg)

The long standing damage bug has been fixed.

Adjusted the core game Pump Shotgun and Chain Shotgun's xml patch to be a little smarter.

TLDR: Shotguns aren't OP AF anymore, but work more like shotguns should work.
