-"fixed" ragdoll sequence being rotated 90 degrees rightward

-"reverted" the adjusted rotation of the foot bones across all 3 SI models so that they're now exactly on mark with the original foot bones angles, but still adjusted to fit the Survivor/L4D1 SI rotation scheme (previously I'd rotated them 15/20 degrees off unneccesarily - if you have a mod using this skeleton, sorry but you'll have to adjust the rotation of the foot bones)
-restored the original foot hitbox dimensions now that the foot bones are rotated properly (doesn't actually apply to the Jockey since his hitbox was already/is on the original L4D2 SI skeleton due to a merging bug during riding)

-fixed errors caused by fixing hitbox glitch, hitbox glitch is still fixed tho

-re implemented original skeleton as a basis for the hitbox and ragdoll
-fixed issue with hitbox merging with survivors hitbox during ride animations (fixed by aforementioned change)
While this is properly fixed now, this original edit actually broke a lot of the Jockey's animations if they relied of weightlists.
