- Fixed test flags in LW2 Config files for T5 Coil, Laser and Mag not showing up in weapon list UI. Disabled "_bInfiniteItem" Disabled "_HideIfPurchased".

- Added Mobilty template for each weapon per tier.
- Removed "PistolStandardShot" From Vanilla profiles. Sniper Class maps this
ability for squadie rank and atuo hides it from UI.
- Normalized pistol costs to LW Overhaul defaults.
