Fixed bug where conventional weapons would require multiples of a tech researched to appear in engineering.

Fixed bug where weapons would require all techs researched in order to appear in engineering.

Weapons will have now retain their tech requirements if the narrative mission is disabled.

LW2 Template Mods should now take priority over the modifications made for a vanilla game.

Weapons should now show to be available in the build items menu after researching the correct tech.

Fixed dual item gain behaviour, changes by this mod should now work with Long War 2. (It will also make Moddable DLC Weapons' changes for it work via the old .ini instead of the XComLW_Overhaul.ini)
