Fix fog FarZ being stuck low if a mission ended during a storm on infestation. Fixed mainframe/flashpoints being impossible to complete if any of their mission entities were removed. Repairable vehicles. Fix missile platform navigation. Brighter flashlight. Detection for player clips / excluding areas that are blocked by them from generation.

Evac displays clerks recruited, evac higher-pitched when all sweepers are present in multiplayer, EVAC now uses TRANSMIT_ALWAYS when charged (i.e. the Evac music should play even if you're far away from it now). Reduced liability threshold to 4. Taper off boss-HP scaling when it starts to get really high. Mission-gen loading screen. Minimum sweepers required to activate nuke. Antlions get cleaned up if stuck underground.
