database fix to hopefully help with the shooting range building chain being broken with other mods. All I do is try to ensure level is available (as it is in vanilla) so level 4 added by this mod can be built.

Quick fixes for missing firing VFX, broken thrice pistol animations, Landship not actually using entity Intended, Jaegerkorps ability making stats worse, not better, buffed Firethrower explosion with a bit bigger radius.

Finally found the animation set bug causing the bayonet infantry firing bug. The animation bug is fixed and the temporary stop-gap changes reverted.
