Khorne's resource buildings now provide minor income (20% less than the baseline for most factions) now in order to offset the faction's economy problems.

Nurgle Medicine now provides 1/3/5% infectivity for armies.

Changed Nurgle infectivity mod effects from spices to the proper version, so that the positive effect text is used.
