Added fountains for healing between bosses.

New boss, Naga with new mechanics.
More interesting map. Better minimap.

Cloud is now cast slightly in front of boss.
Reduced damage of initial cloud tick. Damage increases as stacks increase.

Moved damage component of cloud into modifier code.
Added texture to modifier.

Changed boss to Abyssal Underlord (More animations available)
Add animations for boss.
Add sounds for boss, and mechanics.
Increased starting hero level.
Made boss a little more aggressive.
Smooth some transitions. (Boss faces hero on spawn.)

Clean up the HUD a little. Unusued elements.
Moved boss HP bonus into a modifier as the SetMax was not working.
