- Added a check to prevent detaching of no phys/no standalone blocks.
- Mod cleans up detached blocks with no physics on world load (caused by the lack of the above limit).

- Hopefully fixed inability to merge in certain orientations and conditions.
- Merging now removes all weldpads on both grids to avoid crashes when merging using multiple weldpads.
- Increased notify distance from 10m to 20m.
- Added CTRL as detach mode for grinder, optional alternative to /detach command.

- Fixed /detach not working for MP clients.

- Fixed weldpads not merging.
- Changed grinder detach to require 10% above red line as a threshold for detaching.
- Grinder detaching now makes a sound and nearby players can hear it aswell.
- Improved grinder aimed block accuracy (by using its internal aim info).
- Added particle effects and sound for weld pad merging.
- Added faster grid copy if grid has more than 1000 blocks (but won't be able to copy deformation/skeleton).
- Fixed weldpads detecting other ghost weld pads (held for paste, projected, etc).
- Fixed weldpads ignoring other unrelated weldpads on the grid before merge, it now only ignores the ones that will get destroyed.
- Fixed weldpads failing to do anything if any other mod attached a gamelogic component to the same block type.
- Updated synchronization code.
- Improved overall code, removed old/slow techniques.
