Small compatibility fix

Text-entry hacking minigame now uses fewer characters & has better detection for button-presses. Fix micromissile dmg to helis being random. Helicopter debris and gibs will now eventually clear, *even if a player is nearby*. Sniper-round changes colour when intercepted via gravgun. Added weapon-locker prefab. Large number of fixes.

Fixed missing sniper glare/beam for combine sniper, Added ability to disable colour-correct and vignette, partial Russian Translation of the Bestiary, Fix missing texture in the prompt to play the tutorial, made changes to zombies to better accommodate large servers, and better handle large open maps, npcs that are stuck inside brushes will now be marked as stragglers and relocated, various small lua error fixes.
