*BUILDING.CPP AI - Fixed repair so TD AI now repairs like RA AI.
*HOUSE.CPP AI_Aircraft - changed STRUCT_AIRSTRIP->STRUCT_HELIPAD & added (+1) to AQuantity.
*HOUSE.CPP AI_Unit - normal and hard AI now tries to replace harvesters.
*UNIT.CPP Enter_Idle_Mode - AI now shuffles units when built to prevent getting stuck.

*AI can now build Rambo in skirmish.

*Fixed NOD's Attack Helicopters name to Apache.
*Fixed GDI's Light Scout to Humvee.
*HOUSE.CPP Map.Column all changed back to [1].
*Now GDI builds base defense structures.
*AI now builds Repair Facility, Adv. Comm. Ctr, & Temple of NOD.
*Designated CRITICAL to factories so AI is less likely to sell everything if ConYard is destroyed.
