Artificial Behavior improvements.
1. Building Enemies pursue on sight.
2. Now the enemies can heal when far enough.
3. Fix some spawning issues.
4. Options for HP and flee behavior.
5. Militia can be armed with m16 and M14.
6. Option to show or hide building enemies position.

Artificial Behavior Update for "Wanderfull Cell Enemy" Job
1. If take too much damage flee.
2. Properly run towards player.
3. Wait a little bit of time before start shooting
