Made some small typo fix for the lore

Lore cleanup, The Viper King now has upgradable wapon (conventional, magnetic, beam Caster) with each upgrades having meaningful buff. The config file are now user friendly with explanation and Default value (from this mod and base game)

Everything is configurable at "XcomGameData_WeaponData.ini"
