- add sandbox option to skip config check and use relative weights instead of having to add up to 100% (thanks @Coldsteel)
- fix config error message showing up when there was no issues for specific values (33.3 + 33.4 + 33.3)
- fix zombies on fire getting healed if they traveled more than 20 units before dying
- use builtin modulo (math.fmod)
