changed pdx to pulse style.
Increased rof on gatlings and heating, reduced spread a tiny bit, removed armor nerf, but has a damage falloff. it's full strength to 300m then damage linearly declines to 50% at 1km.
some things are still bugged.

-Gimbal lasers are in.
-Fixed lasers are started but not operational yet. Just decoration atm.
-"Fixed" Gladius was drawing 150MW instead of 300MW. Now it draws 300MW. Sorry. Not sorry.
-Also nerfed ranges again, down to 3.5km.
-Blister and Meatball will now target projectiles, although I have my doubts they would ever succeed.

fixed blister aiming wrong, also moved particles to local and removed looping.

particle fix from keen update.
added blister to small grid.
some other tweaks related to overheating timing and visuals.
