The Tactical Terraforming event now produces a Nascent World rather than an Arid World.

Turning Terraforming Candidates into Nascent Worlds will now add deposits and blockers to the surface.

Devouring Swarms no longer get Nascent Worlds by default (they'd rather feast than terraform). They can, however, still take Interplanetary Expansion and get one Nascent World.
