Turning Terraforming Candidates into Nascent Worlds will now add deposits and blockers to the surface.

- You can now terraform Terraforming Candidates into Nascent Worlds if you have the Terrestrial Sculpting tech.

Devouring Swarms no longer get Nascent Worlds by default (they'd rather feast than terraform). They can, however, still take Interplanetary Expansion and get one Nascent World.
