    Based on SFO Overhaul and stats balance. Aim to be lightweight to minimize conflicts between mods. IEE is included in this collection.

    添加兵种Tabletop Caps机制，让军队搭配更有深度，个人非常喜欢这个机制。它最早也是专门为SFO设计的，后来成为独立Mod。建议总点数分配：蓝点=20，紫点=10，可通过Mod Configuration Tool调整。目前暂时不可用。
