Description

Modified Scoundrel cards as per Gloomhaven class rebalance daily discussion. Some ideas were my own but they drew inspiration from this thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/Gloomhaven/comments/aj0hjf/vocation_wednesdays_daily_class_discussion_class/?st=jrksc86g&sh=d7ada3ca)

I honestly feel that Scoundrel is in a great spot in terms of balanced cards. I buffed a few that were underperforming, but left the majority as is.

All 17 classes are now released!

The following cards were modified:
Flanking Strike: bottom add jump
Flintlock: bottom discards, att 5 to 3, pierce 2
Visage of the Inevitable: new top copies backstab basically, but discards instead
Burning Oil: top att 4 to 2, range 3 to 4, add immobilize
Stiletto Storm: top att 2 to 3, pierce 2

To install:
Subscribe to this mod
Start the game
Select Modding
Select Custom Rulesets
Create New Ruleset - Guildmaster Ruleset (or campaign once it releases, this should still work there)
Enter a name for the ruleset and add this mod and any others you want, click on create
Click on the ruleset you created and click Compile
Click Play

Seems like today's update fixed it somehow. VERY WEIRD.

That's weird, Scoundrel is the least modified of the starting 6 and doesn't have anything new added to it. I'll take a look.

In modded multiplayer, most of the starting classes seem like they have no problem, but scoundrel players always crash at the mission start and get booted from the game.

It's not Scoundrel that's too powerful, it's Three Spears lol. You're using an extremely broken combo with Quiver of Arrows , so it's no wonder you feel like it's OP.

I like Stiletto Storm. The other level 8 card is an insta kill card, so it's not too far off it's mark, and it's still arguably weaker than Inferno. I should have probably subtracted 1 target to compensate for the Pierce though.

Stiletto storm too powerfull. This guy clear rooms too quickly. Flintlock is a must have in this case but i find it too powerfull also.
