Modified Cthulhu cards as per Gloomhaven class rebalance daily discussion. Some ideas were my own but they drew inspiration from this thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/Gloomhaven/wiki/community/daily_discussion_archive)

Minor changes. Thematic permanent flying changed to discard. Always fly with no loss!


The following cards were modified:
Blistering Vortex: top att 3 to 4, bottom infuse air
Creeping Curse: intiative 72 to 22
Epidemic: bottom range +1
Foul Wind: top discard, bottom move +1
Grasping Vermin: top +poison
Paralyzing Vite: init 31 to 11
Scattered Terror: init 11 to 31, top discard, target 3 to 2, 2xp to 1xp bottom +2 move
Spread the Plague: att 1 to 2
Winged Congregation: top discard, 2xp to 1xp
Succumb to the Gift: bottom +strengthen, top range 3 to 5
Storm of Wings: top discard, 2xp to 1xp, attack 4 to 3
Airborne Toxin: top +1 range
Convert the Flock: top discard, 2xp to 1xp

To install:
Subscribe to this mod
Start the game
Select Modding
Select Custom Rulesets
Create New Ruleset - Guildmaster Ruleset (or campaign once it releases, this should still work there)
Enter a name for the ruleset and add this mod and any others you want, click on create
Click on the ruleset you created and click Compile
Click Play
