Description
A new (and growing) collection of test chambers from Jethro Q. Walrustitty (a.k.a Toxic Dwarf) These chambers are designed to make you stop and think, to explore your surroundings and decypher the madness of Mr Walrusttiy's mind. Enough of my waffle let Jethro drop the logic bomb and see if you are worthy say that you beat the awesome, the mighty, the mad, the devious Jethro Q. Walrustitty!

Also to be fair these are still in playtesting stage and I welcome and encourage you to give any feedback you feel necessary (constructive criticisms very welcome, simple insults are also welcome as long as they are suitably inventive!) it would be really cool if you could rate them in difficulty via comments using a 1/10 rating (1 being really easy and ten being virtually impossible)
Items (25)
Aperture Entrance Lobby (J.Q.Walrustitty Department)
No passcodes, or swipe cards here. Entrance to the 'Aperture Laboratories J.Q.Walrustitty Department' is granted via correctly navigating this entrance chamber. (You did get the memo with the solution in it didn't you?!) It would be really cool if you coul...

One hour Challenge (almost!)
I saw a post in the forums about making a puzzle in an hour, (not including playtesting or setting the lighting and aesthetics, just the main puzzle editing) ........ I failed, but only just this one was made in about 1 hour 10 minutes, so close enough I r...
Piece of Cake!
This test has become affectionately named 'Piece of Cake' by the employees of the J.Q.Walrustitty department for 2 reasons. 1) It is laughably easy, designed originally as a speed test. 2) Because test subjects are first given a piece of cake which they ar...
Under the influence
Some of the test subjects who participated in the J.Q.Walrustitty departments test 'Piece of cake' reacted rather badly to the drugs we administered to them. So badly that they seem to have gone completely barking mad. They were scheduled for a lobotamy bu...
Logic Bomb v.2
J.QWalrustitty Department test subjects are told that this chamber is one large bomb, which on detonation forms a portal linked to another which is on the surface of the sun, destroying the chamber itself and anything in it. (What we didn't tell them is th...
Light of Other Days
During the development of the Portal gun, Aperture Laboratories scientist Jethro Q.Walrustitty discovered that through subtle manipulation of Casimir engines and the negative energy exotic matter used to stabilise the portals it was possible to create worm...
Cake or death?
We here at the J.Q.Walrustitty department offered our test subjects a choice between cake or taking this test. We really didn't expect such a rush for the cake..... and there's none left....... so off you go and enjoy your slice of test chamber. (Once you ...

The laser facility
This chamber was built pre-portal technology. It's purpose was to test the versatility of the reflection cubes. Unfortunatley it caused many test subjects to be re-listed as 'non-reusable', however as there was a ready supply of 'reuseable' subjects it was...

Systemic Causality
I keep seeing reference to Rube Goldberg Machines in workshop puzzles, so thought i'd try to make one myself. When you activate this chamber it will run it's cycle and once finished simply use the reflection cubes and one of the spheres to open the exit......
Glasshouse
For this test we wanted to try and make a puzzle that was difficult enough to make you have to stop and think, yet not over-complicated in its layout and using a low number of test items....... Unfortunately this is the J.Q.Walrustitty department and that ...
Out of Reach
Jethro Q.Walrustitty here, I've been asked by Cave Johnson to inform you that during these tests you're under constant surveillance. We've got hidden cameras everywhere, not for any scientific reason, just to humilitate you in the staff room. We've got all...
Overhang
To survive this test chamber you'll have to find a way to switch on the doorstep. It's not a difficult puzzle so you should have any trouble. If you do get stuck then you can either fry yourself in a fizzler, melt in the toxic goo, take yourself with a las...
