But honestly it still kinda not tailored enough to your Phanon & Stellarite Planet & Habitat.
something like Basic Resources, Industrial or Research Stellarite & Phanon Zone on those planet i mention before.
ないけど: Once again I was unable to replicate this issue. I build a Precursor Fortress, Precursor Runic Fortress and Precursor Sigma Fortress in various systems in various combinations and it worked every time just fine. Try verifying your game files to make sure STEAM hasn't botched your local files.

After the update, clicking on the advanced design resolution using Mechanical Civilization will not directly upgrade the Planet Computing Center, but will generate a new Delta advanced design building. However, after one month, the new building will disappear directly, and other buildings in Delta cannot be built

Well, my forecast for the release of the update at the end of August is likely to be incorrect, my assumption is that when the first patch from Paradox is released after the vacation, then the mod will be updated at about the same time.
