Fix multiple problems with inventory check/extraction on hoppers attached directly to the splitter.

Fix issue with checking of next hopper item for output check results in the item actually getting removed from the hopper if it is a single non-stackable type item, such as a power booster or cutter head, which causes the item to be lost if it cannot be output.

- Continous merge mode will now only begin accepting delivery on the secondary input after 2 seconds of now item delivery on the primary input to maintain propery priority behavior accounting for conveyor transit.
- Fix for incorrect indicator label positions when machine is mounted on vertical orientations.

- Added ability to take items directly from hoppers.
- Fix bug with output not working to down sloped conveyor.
- Overflow modes will now work in split mode if one output has no valid attached entity.
- Items going into the machine from a converyor are now only accepted when the conveyor hands it over and thus items are no longer pulled off the conveyor before they reach the end.
- Fix A/B maximum to be 32 as stated and not 16.
- Fix second case bug with continuous split mode not ignoring overflow setting as overflow should always happen in this mode.
