Added "empty" wirefarames - doesn't affect gameplay but makes game log file 90% cleaner.

Now Pedler's melee attack have movement points cost - great idea of SogapIe.
Although it can be too harsh, I set 3 mp cost for now, but maybe 2 movement points was enough?
Quite "Heavy Handed" now?
If you think it's too harsh, comment please.
