hopefully finally fixed the flex storage while it's also accessible from inside the ship

Changed the storage capacity of the flex storage to reflect stack size of the resource stored (same for the 5 per stack resources, 8 times more for the 40 per stack ones), added door locations so internal drop-off and pickup are possible, fixed storing so the flex storage is preferred over normal storage rooms
*** WARNING *** I will be removing the fixed storage rooms next big version change. Please switch over to flex storage if you're still using the older ones

- added Hyperium Condenser to Tier 1 for those of us getting stuck because they forgot to bring enough fuel - it needs 1000 batteries to produce one hyperium to balance it
- reduced spread on point defense per tier
- adjusted prices on tiered resources - you now can make some money up-converting them but it's much harder to just buy the high-tier materials

- added a new (flexible) type of storage that is supposed to replace the resource block storage rooms, which works somewhat like the diamond factory storing carbon
- reduced coil usage of the coil to hypercoil factory
