Change EntityFlag value used to mark stealthed entities from 0x1000000 to 0x20000000
This should fix turrets targeting stealthed grids.

Fixed grids not properly decloaking if a thruster was destroyed in the process.
Fixed armour blocks remaining as visual-only frames if destroyed while cloaked.
