- The Bio Shield's Mobility penalty should now show in the Armory.

- Swapped BioShieldMobilityPenalty for BallisticShield_MG on Bio Shield, so hopefully now it will actually have its goddamn Mobility penalty without any horrible side effects. Let me know if there are horrible side effects.
