Fixed a bug which caused errors when replacing one weapon with another which uses ammo but doesn't have ammo items.

- "Standard" threat sensitivity is now not saved between level starts.
- Setting threat sensitivity to "Dead horse" or "Damage only" now forces all enemies to lose foe.

- Fixed an issue where NRM's enemy multiplier would interfere with CT's one even if all multipliers were set to 1 right from level start;
- Changed behaviour of the "per player" multiplier so that it only counts extra players (but not the host).

Database Level changes:
- The monsters' threat sensitivity is now saved in player's profile and persists between restarts;
- Moved the player and items spawn back closer to the terminals and further from the enemies;
- Added ammo packs.
