Added experimental options:
- New constraint mode: Uses ConstrainPosition and ConstrainOrientation rather than simply setting velocity.
- Rotation Lock Toggle: This allows you to bind a key to toggle the rotation lock of the physgun to allow things to swing freely from the held point.

Floppy Gun option is now defaulted to off, you can re-enable it in the mod options if you please.
