TO-DO
- ACW Trooper looks horrible. Suggest a coloured kepi, or coloured saddlecloth for the horse.
- Icons outstanding.
- Marines, warships outstanding.
- Artillery is still underpowered.

- Steam Frigates and Monitors need installation.

Morskaya Pekhotny, US MArines need new appearance. (can use hussar_american and Fr_Hussar skins)
- Stetsons / Cowboy hats replace US Marine toque.
- Morskaya Pekhotny has a black tunic with a white sailor peaked cap.

This mod is in the process of being tested, while new content is being added to it. We don't know when it will be complete, only that we hope to wrap up modding on RoN for this year by the middle of this month.

For now, it is in effect a playable fork of Rise of the Moderns: Ultima Ratio, which can be accessed at https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1437322150

No major changes, ie no new units or structures have been added beyond what is currently available with Ultima Ratio. But that may change between Chinese New Year and Easter 2022.....

Animations for Tribal militia added but not fully coded in.

Unit skins for Ultima Ratio project:

Artillery - done.

- Ironclads and Cruisers found but they have defective firing
- Steam Cruisers untested.
- Monitors untested.


Infantry: Rifles, Marines, Bersaglieri, US Marines, Morskaya Pekhotny, Pekhotny, Marins-Fusiliers, Royal Marines are in place.
Cavalry: Trooper - ACW skin - is being searched for. We know it's there but we haven't retrieved it.

Prioritise cavalry, Infantry for now. Ships must be first coded in, right away, and tested. WE cannot afford to create new anims now.

Portugal will need a new skin ("MEHMET") soon to replace the greatcoat-wearing one at present.
