Rejigged Wonders again:
French finally get a full set of Wonders.

Light infantry, continued:
- Rise of Napoleon-style Jagers are gradually being retired, their data being stored on Fandom.
- Schutzens are now the apotheosis of Skirmishers in this mod, until further notice.
- USA, Texas can finally train rangers - an archaic form of skirmisher unit. Costly, but still very effective.
- Skarpskyttekorps trains from Drill Square, no longer needs politics (because this is a 1800-1899 mod dammit.

Other issues:
- Skirmisher and Marksman-type units are being given the light infantry bonus that gives them 33% defence in rocky terrain (utterly left out in Rise of Napoleon)
- Native American units have not been properly dealt with.
- The issue with Highlander units (Black Watch, Gordon Regs) remains.

British Highlanders removed and replaced with Foot Guards as part of a new system being created.
- Planning to give this unit a British appearance in Imperial Era, since Germans will get this unit too but have to upgrade it to another one (Junker skin is vacant and not in use).
Germans get Regimmental Grenadiers (Prussian) finally!

French Maison du Roi freezes game, reason unknown. Changes have been made to its classifications, issue seems to have disappeared.....
