Forgive me my friend. Upon further testing this mod with SFO I realized I was mistaken. It seems that you must turn on table top caps option through MCT when playing SFO while using this mod and the original Hel-Jumper recruitment mod. Table top caps is built into SFO so you don't use original mod but rather MCT setting adjustment. After toggling option on the AI then 100% of the time with ALL factions made the most beautiful, balanced and strong armies I have ever seen them make with diverse unit roster usage.
I don't know why this worked but it has. Thank you for this mod and thank you for your passion.
From your experience is there any mods you know that conflict with AI recruitment mod? I know how to use RPFM and to see table conflicts but I am sure I have nothing that alters the same tables but I just went deeper into a campaign of mine and things were going okay but then doom stacks of dragons from dark elves popped up and the empire was fielding all cavalry and artillery in one army with barely any infantry. It is obviously my issue and something on my side but from your experience anything mod wise not work well with this to cause conflict? Table Top Caps I heard is one such mod. Just looking for some direction.
Also @Aku may I ask what your mod list is? I would like to see if I could replicate and see what the AI should look like with its armies with this mod. Thank you both for helping a fella out with just trying to fight fun AI armies.

For the purpose, I know AI's capability is a niche demand and not many people interested but I always liked seeing AI create different and thematic compositions and have the same tools the player have. It made the game feel way more alive to me personally. I really liked Konrad ravaging Empire countryside like a true maniac for example. This kind of stuff gave fresh air at the game for me so I was doing it for myself initially but then it just... grew.
