so all in all if you pick crimson it just swaps which mechanical organ Cthulhu was deprived of, preventing his full return, if its crimson its his spine whereas if its corruption its his brain.
if your on master turn revegance off like you should. (but tbf even on expert its better off IMO for the reason below.)

It forced me to revert back to old rework which has a very buggy despawn where it goes to spawn, hangs around and goes bacak for another attempt.
