- changed the min_players "half" option in "more than half". while all other numbers are "at least x"

- Added option to set min_players. At least min_players have to be near teleportato to allow worldjump. (if "half" is chosen it has to be half+1 ... I forgot that in setting description)

- increased teleportato area from 15 to 17 (area wich is considered "near teleportato")

- saved the option "newworld" in TUNING.TELENEWWORLD . Admin/Host can set this value to true/false during the game to allow/disallow worldjump. At every gamestart the value will match the modoption "newworld".

Recent game update removed the skullchests...
so now the chests are normal chests.

Teleportato parts may also spawn in new sandstorm desert area.

Replaced "ornate chests" with Skull chests and removed chance of minotaurchests.
Because with A New Reign update, these chests are indestructible and refill with runis resett.

Added things like gobblers, krampus, treeguard, houndsattack, hunt surprise and beefaloheat to the randomly chosen settings, if option is enabled.

- added "branching" and "loop" to the Variate Option, so these are also now randomly chosen, if enabled.

- Added the option to Variate Worldsettings:
if enabled the worldsettings will be randomly chosen everytime you generate a new world!
That way every new world you jump in will be slightly different :)
