Added Global Notifications when teleportato is completed/activated.

- Added 15 second time, after teleportato is activated, to let players leave teleportato area, if they don't want to generate a new world.

- Fixed beard transfer for woodie (since you can choose a new character, it was possible to have a 3 times longer beard with woodie, than it should be possible)

BIG Update:

Thanks to DarkXero I was able to add Worldjumping!

So if activated and more than half of all players are near teleportato, a new world will be generated and you can keep all stuff in your inventory, the days you survived and also prototypes!

All the other stuff, like thulecite, chests and ancient station will spawn now as soon as you complete the teleportato!

So you can get all the treasures and also transfer them to the next world ;)

I uploaded a new version now.
I changed the placing style a bit. I hope the chances are still very high parts are placed, without placing it somewhere were already something is...

So try it with that version for now.
If it happens again, that it is placed at a position where already something is, go to the settings and scroll down to the bottom.
There is now an option to set the placing style. If you set it to "IgnoreBarren" this definetely should stop it from placing it at the same position like other things.
But it can happen, that a part is missing after worldgeneration. If that is the case, you can see it in the logs and the mod will spawn the missing parts somewhere, but without the stuff around it (but will still spawn enemies and such)

fixed a bug from treasure chests. If a mob destroyed a chest this caused a crash previously.

- previously thulecite statues spawned, even if you disabled it. It is fixed now.

- crash with "new world generation" setting in v 0.8.1 is fixed.

Added option to generate a new world when Teleportato is activated.

At the moment it is just "c_regenerateworld()", so your old character is lost!
