Fixed a wing corrpution zone that was fudged in the previous update.

-Updated track transition scaling to be more consistent throughout the track.
-Upscaled teleporters inside broken buildings to prevent players from seemingly passing through them.
-Re-oriented some sections in an attempt to slightly reduce framerate lag.
-Slowed rotation of power rings in the final section, as the wildly fast rings were not achieving the desired effect.
-Added difficulty rating.
