Small change to XP awarding after successful blade sharpening: players who already have Maintenance 10 no longer receive XP.

Fix: Blade sharpening works again—now capped by blade/head condition and no longer downgrades the handle.

I haven't checked, but i added a guard, that EVERY weapon can only lose one condition point at a time (1 swing = max 1 condition loss, not 2 or 3)

Bugfixes added:

If you hit a door or a zombie with a weapon, all swings onward with that weapon will roll a durability loss even in air.
Spears are not counted as a melee weapon in java - that causes no maintenance durability chance reduction and losing multiple duration points with just a single hit.

This bugfix handles both of them.
