Refined localisations ->
Now Rural zones have better fitting names.
Improved descriptions for all zones added in the mod.

Tweaked description loc for districts. They should now feel less generic, and a bit more in line with what the districts actually do.
Still consider them as placeholders.

Moved some modifiers to be added only once, when the zone is built. Feels more appropriate this way, reflecting improvements on machinery and tools. Stacking bonuses didn't really fit.
Same thing is probably going to happen to rural districts.
To compensate, these bonuses have been greatly improved.

Modifiers for industry zones tweaked.

Added job upkeep(DM/DE) for miners, farmers and technicians job when the specialisations are built.

This reflects the use of improved machinery for traditional workers.

Industry and Research for urban districts.


Working with any type of empire (normal and gestalts).
