- Remove all vehicles spawn submods, vehicle spawn rate + random angle is now managed by sandbox options in the main mod

If you have a save that used one of the vehicle mods (Low / vanilla / high), you need to go to "Load" => click on "more...", "Choose mods..." and remove missing mods.
