Update Beta 0.1.6 - Minor Update

- Added event string for historical seasons from 0 A.C. onwards, so if there is another Aegon the Conqueror bookmark (Egg of the Week) it'll be much easier to fix.
- Added game rule for winter intensity, light winter will have only a 30% reduction or so for income, compared to the previous 70%, reduced normal winter to 60% income reduction for a slight bit of better balance, but increased supply consumption in winter.
