5. All T3 counterbattery arty (Br-2, K18, Longtom) reload was reduced to 45 seconds
6. 203 H/17 and 210 H/17 reload was reduced to 60 seconds to match other heavy artillery (B-4, M1, 21cm Morser)
7. Due to players feedback and counter intuitive "not resupplying" feature for SR and CAN shells, now they can resupply in battle. This will come at the cost of:
-10m of range for SR shells for direct fire weapons.
-10% of range for SR shells for indirect fire weapons.
-Canister shots can be resupplied without changes.
8. Buffed 88 ItK/39-43 penetration on max distance
Midwar:
1. Replaced unhistorical Finnish 100mm NbW 35 with 47 PstK/39
