Small QOL Update
- Second Start - The togglable feature that gave minor factions a second settlement in interesting places is now OFF by default, but you can turn it on in MCT.
- Some minor settlements had walls by default like Grunburg/Castle Reikguard via the mod. These will now only gain walls at T2 and T3, this affords better balance and makes taking Karl Franz's starting settlement the usual vanilla experience.
- Fixed some typos in settlement lores.
